My new music streaming tactic

I’ve written quite a bit in this newsletter recently about the big personal project I’m undertaking, which involves re-digitising my entire music collection (and re-buying most of it, due to a calamitous farm-based five-year storage strategy).

What I haven’t talked about is how I’m undertaking this colossal process, why I’m doing it, and, again, why on earth I’m doing it.

Rather than regurgitating that here, I’ll point you to a blog post that tells the entire story and, for those who are similarly keen on turning their CD collection into a carefully curated, bit-perfect digital archive of listening pleasure, provides a step-by-step ripping guide for 2026.
